They allowed us to make changes to the home which was music to our ears, since a lot of builder do not allow you to do that. As excited as we are to move into our beautiful new home, we are sad the process is coming to an end...yes we are those crazy clients. We have thoroughly enjoyed stopping by the house daily, usually multiple times a day, and watching the work of the wonderful subcontractors. We cannot sing our praises for our Project Manager John and the entire Canopy team loud enough. The team made what could have been an extremely overwhelming process, stress free and FUN. John kept the subcontractors on track and was able to complete our 3,000 sq. ft. home in just 9 months—incredible! We would recommend Canopy again and again to anyone in the Tampa Bay area looking to build a home!
